Does the Haunted Mansion have Fast Passes during the Christmas season, and if so is this FP connected to the other Fast Pass machine's in the park?

Yes, and Yes. HM used to be a full time FP attraction but is now limited to when it is HMH.

Not only does it have fastpass, but it tends to have reasonable return times even when it seems to be overflowing with people. I've gotten a fastpass return time well within two hours even though the queue has extended out into New Orleans Square.

Yes, it's connected to the other FP machines in the park, unfortunately. BTW, I really don't mind this standby queue. They have some touches related to The Nightmare Before Christmas. There is a bush made to look like Oogie Boogie. Purple decorations everywhere. Pumpkins on the back hillside. The Mansion itself looks awesome. I still usually get the fastpass, but if you miss out, it isn't so bad to see this queue once or twice. Great overlay!

Yes and yes, and trust me, you'll need it! When we were there this last week the crowds were wound all the way out to the entrance of the train station, it was a mad house! The only other line I saw that was longer was for Star Tours!
