Does GCH have a max charge for parking for guests?

I know they have a maximum of $100 parking for non hotel guests, but I am wondering if they have a maximum they will charge for hotel guests. We will be there for 6 nights at $20-$30/night it adds up fast. I'm hoping they apply that same maximum rate for hotel guests.

They have a max of $60 per day for self park, and $100 per day for valet for non-hotel guests. The hotels are $20 per day for self park, and $30 for valet. Most hotels in the area charge about the same, some are higher, such as Anaheim Marriott $25/31 per day.

So is that a no?

It’s a no.

The max charge for day guests means that they won’t literally charge for every hour you’re there.

As a hotel guest you’re getting parking every day at a low cost compared tonday guests with hourly rates. They do charge for every day you’re there with a car.

No, they charge for every night, which is pretty standard for this area at least. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had a max number of days they charge parking for.

That $100 max is PER DAY. I think that is where the confusion is - 6 days they'd be spending $600!

No at max they would pay $180. They said they are hotel guests. $100 Max is for non Hotel guests.

The only “max” in the policy is for day visitors, and it is a max charge when being charged hourly. That is likely to discourage parking at GCH and going into the parks.

There is no max anything for overnight hotel guests.

Right - OP was referencing offsite guests having a max - 6 days for offsite would be $600. (surely no one would ever do that...?)

I am going to be a GCH guest. I KNOW there is the $100 max for NONhotel guests. I will be staying for 6 nights with 2 cars. Meaning we are going to be paying aprox. $360 in just parking. Which is crazy in my opinion. I was hoping they had a max for guests like $150 for your stay.
Which it appears they don't

The $100 is PER DAY, so they would pay $600 for the same time.

You might recheck your math. 6 days at $20 is $120, per car, so $240 for 2 cars, not sure where you are getting $360, unless you are planning on valet. If the cost is an issue for you, park in self parking, and it will come in a lot cheaper.

Valet for 2 cars 30*6=180 * 2 = 360
I was saying I acknowledge GCH has a $100 day max for non guests. Irrelevant of number of days they have a cap on parking fees. I was hoping they had a cap on parking fees for guests.

Unless you plan to move your car a lot, I would self park. It is not far away at all, a very short walk, and saves over $100. I’ve done both and I would not pay for valet unless I was going to be moving the car a lot, or just coming for an event and leaving.

Where do you park for self parking?
It is directly across Disneyland Drive. There are crosswalks and a light right in front of the hotel to get you there and back safely.
You can still pull up in front of the hotel to unload, and then drive across to the self parking.
