Does GCH Concierge contact you before you arrive?

I'm used to WDW concierge and they contact you ahead of your arrival. I was wondering if it is the same at DL.

Cora, we just returned from our first trip to WDW and stayed CL at 3 different hotels there. We usually stay GCH CL, don't expect the same level of service you get at the WDW resorts. There is no pre-planning staff at the DL resorts. Pretty much all you can expect is the free food and priority check-in when you arrive. I'm planning our next DL trip right now and we've decided to pass on the concierge level room at the GCH.

If you wanted help with reservations etc then you could contact vacation planning. They are there to help all guests at the 3 Disney hotels.
