Hi all,
I have ordered from Garden Grocer for the second time in a year, and for the second time, they have not sent me an email confirmation of my order (even tho' their web site says they will.) This time, I didn't get my confirmation page to print, so I don't have my confirmation number either. I sent them an email last week, asking them if they did in fact receive my order, but so far, no reply. Now, I'm aware that they were moving into a new facility, which is why I waited a week before I asked this question (I placed my order two weeks ago, for our trip in 12 days). I know last time, I had to call the toll free number to get my confirmation. I was hoping I didn't have to do it this time too. I know they have my email address, since I sent them the second email. Is it just my bad vibes?
