Does Everyone Need to be on Dining Plan?

I need some help. We are having an extended family vacation in June. There will be 7 people compling of 3 different families. I have already booked a 2 bedroom villa so the reses are taken care of. The Villa is in my name and I had to list everyone who would be saying with us. Me, my DH and DS will be on the DDP. Does that mean that the other families need to be on the DDP too since they are staying in the villa with us?

Yes, everyone staying in the room has to have the Dining plan, sorry!

Pumbaa is correct! Everyone booked in your room on the same reservation must get the dining plan for the entire length of your stay. This is true whether you are booked on a package or using DVC points.

Thanks for the help. How will the tips at the TS be handled? Will it be 18% of the total bill (for all 3 families) or can we get seperate "checks" for each family?

If you go to TS restaurants as a party of 7, the entire party will have the 18% gratuity added whether you ask for separate checks or not.

I think this is true whether you're paying oop or with the ddp, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
