Does everyone in your party have to be on the dining plan.

I think the dining plan is a great deal for adults, but I have a 10 year old that doesn't hardly finish a kids meal let alone $35 worth of food. So I wondered if just the adults could be on the plan and just pay as we go for 10 y.o. or even share food? Anybody know?

In order to get the dining plan, everyone in your room must be a part of the package

Yes, Disney requires everybody to be on the same plan.
