Does everyone in party have to use TS credit?

Our 13 granddaughter will be with us for our Oct trip and we all have the DDP. She eats like a bird and is obsessed with ceasar salad. Is it possible some evenings she would just order salad or appitizer and pay out of pocket for it while DH and I use a TS credit? She can order a meal and we pay for the salad but we will be wasting food.
