Does every TS & CS locations carry dairy-free desserts, or are there certain ones that don't? Is there a list somewhere? I've been doing searches and reading posts here, and it seems like there are DF cookies, brownies, and ice cream (Rice Dream & Tofutti). Is that right?

CS we have ate at we have only been able to get popsicles, cookies, and chips as a dairy free dessert in the parks. The cookies are harder to come across in the parks though. They also have apple slices, applesauce or grapes as a choice as well. We have not found any CS meals with Rice Dream or Tofutti available. You can get Tofutti at The Plaza Ice Cream shop as a snack though. You can always ask in the other parks that serve ice cream made to order as well. The Main St. bakery may also offer this. We have never tried there though. Almost every TS meal we have ate at had rice dream or tofutti for dessert though. A few have not had it though. For all TS meals be sure to have it noted on your adrs and when you check into each restaurant let them know as well. They will send a chef to your table to help you out. Also the dinner shows will want advance notice before you arrive as the food at some if not all of them is not made on site but is brought in.

The cookies and brownies are easy to come across at the resort food courts as well as at TS locations.

Another good snack to get is the popcorn from the stands throughout the parks. It is completely dairy free including the butter topping.

I know you asked about dessert but at CS pizza locations you can get a pizza that is dairy free and is topped with soy cheese as well. I know many on here say it is not very good but my son enjoys it. All CS locations also have a thick book with all the ingredients listed and they will have a manager come out to take your order as well.

I can't think of a CS or a TS that was not able to come up with something for Dairy free. They may not have both Rice Dream and Tofutti, but most have one available.

Divies are widely available in resort food courts. The ice cream shop on Main Street has dairy free ice cream. Beaches and cream has dairy free ice cream. Liberty Inn in Epcot, the TS places in the Studios have dairy free ice cream.

You should be able to contact special diets for the most current list of available locations.

They do all have something dairy free but at CS you might not have tons of choices at TS at the very least there is special ice cream, sorbet, and fruit. For the ice cream carts you can request the special dairy free ice creams and they radio to their central supply that brings it out but it usually takes about 30 minutes or they all regularly carry popsicles.

Almost every counter service I ate at had the dairy free/egg free cookies and the few that didn't I either got fruit and one even went to another CS who did. They were very accomodating.

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot had a lot of choices for dairy free.

Every Disney owned TS location will at a minimum have either dairy free ice cream or sorbet plus fresh fruit and Divvies cookies and/or French Meadow brownies. For non-Disney owned TS locations, you'd want to ask Special Diets what specifically they carry.

For CS locations, Special Diets will send you an attachment of what options are available at what locations. Each park has select locations that will carry allergy safe foods. Most others will carry things like fresh fruit and chips but not all will carry the allergy safe alternatives. Make sure to check the attachments from Special Diets. If you're not using a dining plan then remember that you can always go elsewhere to get dessert (i.e. maybe go to Columbia Harbour House to get lunch and then go to an ice cream cart for an Itzkadoozie popsicle or frozen pineapple bar).

ETA: At Sunshine Seasons meantioned by MelanieC, they carry dairy free milk chocolate bars by Enjoy Life. My kids love these. I buy them at home too.

Do you happen to know if they are soy free as well?

We tried some Enjoy Life gluten free items and did not enjoy them, so I have not explored any other Enjoy Life items.

Everything by Enjoy Life is soy free (as well as gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame, potato and sulfate free).

I'll admit that the EL snack bars aren't so great. Even DD13 who will eat most gluten free products won't eat these. The cookies are really a matter of personal preference and it took a while for DD10 to really take a liking to them (she's not gluten free so it's probably just that it's taken more time for her to accept different flavours). The chocolate bars they both LOVE. They actually prefer the dark chocolate over the milk chocolate (they're rice milk chocolate). The dark is not an intense dark at all. We also use the semi sweet chocolate chips at home.

I am going to bet you have made one little girl VERY happy. She will be thrilled to learn she can eat chocolate bars. Off to find them locally LOL (guess I could justrun over to EP):)

Or maybe not.

Are the chocolate bars you are finding just chocolate or do they have rice or something mixed in?

What a great forum. Thanks for sharing this important information.

I am the Chief Marketing Officer for Enjoy Life Foods, and saw your comments here, so thought I might jump in. Thanks for loving our chocolate bars. They are made with real chocolate and are Dairy, Nut, and Soy Free, along with being Gluten Free.

With respect to our cookies and our Chewy Bars, all that I can suggest is to give our products another try. We have recently changed the recipes on the Soft Cookies, and people LOVE the new flavor. On the Chewy Bars, I admit it, we have had some challenges, but the product is much better than it was before. It is worth giving it a try. If you don't like the products after you try them, let me know and we will make good on our "great taste" guarantee.

We are also introducing some new products in March 2011, and I think you'll love them. Disney is a GREAT partner of ours, and we do all that we can to make your Disney experience a fantastic one.

Thanks for the great support.

Here are the ingredients I found for (example) the Chocolate Chip cookies:

ingredients:
Sorghum Flour, Brown Pure Cane Sugar, Chocolate Chips (Evaporated Cane Juice, Chocolate Liquor, Non-Dairy Cocoa Butter), Expeller-Pressed Vegetable Oil (Safflower Oil and/or Sunflower Oil), Date Paste, Grape, Apple & Pear Juice Concentrates, Water, Natural Rice Dextrin, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Rosemary Extract

NO TRANS FAT, NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, KOSHER PAREVE GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE

And the Chocolate bars:

ingredients:
Evaporated Cane Juice; Non-Dairy Cocoa Butter; Natural Chocolate Liquor (Non-Alcoholic); Rice Milk Powder (Rice Syrup Powder, Rice Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Carrageenan); Salt

MADE IN A DEDICATED NUT- AND GLUTEN-FREE FACILITY, GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE, VEGAN, KOSHER

I knew there was a bunch of reasons I gave up on Enjoy Life. The taste and texture of the items, but also the fruit juice they use does not work for us with fruit allergies.
