Does Epcot open early for 1/2 and marathon runners?

This year I ran a 4:43 marathon and was ahead of DAK opening by, I think 10-15 minutes or so. The most crowds I noticed were in DHS but I didn't experience any traffic problems so the cast members must have been on top of things, and by the time I reached Epcot I wasn't really noticing the park guests or anything but the two yards of pavement in front of me.

I didn't realize we might be able to drink at Epcot World Showcase in that last leg. I wonder if my stomach could handle it.....

I wonder if they can give me a lid for my margarita? Having one in my hand would make for a great finish photo. LOL
