does ebates ever offer more than 3.75% back on orbitz activities?

I've seen it at 6% before and of course the beginning of last year it was at 20% but doubt we''ll ever see that again.

That's for cruises. Cruises are usually the "advertised" cash back percentage and the rest of the categories (activities, hotels, flights etc.) are almost always lower.
