Does Eating Pizza Make You Thirsty?

Is it just me?

Everytime we get pizza, I always end up dying of thirst afterwards . . .I must drink a least a gallon of water throughout the night and then I end up feeling like a water balloon.

Pizza makes me very thirsty.

I don't really care for salt, and pizza is the saltiest food I eat.

DH and I always are thirsty after pizza. I think the cheese has a lot of salt in it.

Fries at fast food places are the worst! Some places pour 2,000 lbs. of salt on one fry. I am not a goat!

What's worse is seeing people put more salt on the overly salty fries.

Huh... I must be odd because I don't drink any more with pizza than I do with any other dinner... then again I pick my pizza apart to pieces so I must get rid of the salty stuff

Actually, only when I eat Pizza Hut. For some reason, it's so salty, but so very good. LOL.

Yep, I get thirsty too. It is definately the salt in the cheese. But, I guess I will bear the burden and just keep eating pizza and put a glass of water on my nightstand.
