Does DVC rental or resale impact FP+ 60 day window?

I searched, but still not certain of the answer.

If I rent DVC points and book a stay, will I have the ability to book FP+ at 60 days out, or a more limited 30 days out?

Same for resale, if I buy into DVC via the resale market and book a stay will my FP+ window be 60 days or 30 days?

Yes, you still get 60 day fastpass+ booking for either scenario, as long as your reservation is linked to your tickets in MDE.

Having a reservation at a Disney Resort (including Swan/Dolphin) and park admission linked to MDE is what qualifies you to make advance FP+ selections beginning at 60 days from check-in. How that resort reservation was made doesn't matter, nor does the status of your DVC points.

Yes. The email is sent to the DVC member that made the reservation. If you are renting from a member, the member will need to pass along the confirmation number.

You need to have park admission linked to MDE in order to make advance FP+ selections.

With both a room reservation and admission linked to MDE, you will be able to make advance FP+ selections beginning at 60 days from your check in date.
