Does DU really help with booking ADR's?

Just wondering if anyone has experience of DU booking their ADR's. If so, how long did it take them to confirm your bookings with you?

I booked all our ADR at 180 days and if I remember correctly I got confirmations within 24-48 hrs after my requests were emailed to DU. So far DU has been very helpful!! Good Luck, Patty

I think I got confirmation on the day that my ADRs were made.

I typically received notification the next day that the ADR's had been booked. One key advantage is that you can tell them what you want prior to the 180 day window and then let them look after it. You can do all of this yourself but it is way more work. I like focusing on what I want to do and letting DU look after the actual booking.

and shame on any TA that doesn't. if you have to do all the work yourself, you might as well go through Disney directly.

Just wondering as I'd emailed DU with my requirements a week ago and as yet, I've had no reply - not even a generic "thank you for your email" message.

Maybe my message got stuck somewhere in CyberSpace, I'll try contacting my TA there again.
