Does DME stop at both Jambo House and Kidani?

For those who have taken it to Animal Kingdom, does the bus usually stop at both places? Our reservation is at Kidani but we are trying to make an ADR at Jikio and might want to just get off the bus there. Thanks!

DME? You don't mean the normal park transportation? Assuming this is correct and you scheduled a Jiko dinner for right after you arrived at the airport - you should be OK. The DME folks attempt to optimize the trips as much as possible. They likely won't send one bus to Jambo and a second bus to Kidani when there are people at the airport at the same time needing to go there.

Yes, the bus stops at both. I would I would be more concerned with the flight being on time and then not having any longish waits along the way with DME.
Always seems to be that everything takes longer when you need to be somewhere. I would actually try to get a layer ADR, get settled in the villa, and then walk over to Jambo House. Takes about 10 mins, or you might be able to get a ride over. They used to run a special van between the two resorts for just this purpose.

Thank you! I saw that the walk takes about 10 minutes, but is that from the main lobby of Kidani? It seems like due to the shape, you could be really close or really far to Jambo House. If we request a villa closer to Jambo House, can we exit the building from there or do we have to walk back up to the lobby and out?

Yes, they still run a shuttle van every 10 or 15 minutes between Kidani and Jambo.

Yes. Magical Express stops at Jambo first and then Kidani.

If you are taking any other Disney bus transportation, the bus stops at Kidani first and then Jambo, with the exception of the Downtown Disney bus, which stops at Jambo first.

Probably from front of one bldg to front of the other.
But...it seems that the shuttle van is running, so you could use that.

Ours stopped at Kidani first. We were the last drop off..... Pop Century, Art of Animation, Kidani and then Jambo. Are you going to take your luggage to your meal or just don't have any carry ons?

Generally, Kidani is the last....speaking from 20+ trips to Kidani using DME. :) Either way, they are only 2 minutes from each door with transportation, so that should not hurt the OP's planning.

You quoted me, but I am not the one with the question. I think you meant this for the OP. :)

We are planning on using the DME to transfer our luggage but we will have some carry on stuff to hold pj's, toothbrushes, etc because I know our luggage might not get in until after my little one's need to be in bed. If we were really running late, we could just get off at Jambo and bring our carryon's to the restaurant, or leave them at bell services there I guess?

Ok thanks.. so there is no benefit to me requesting a room at Kidani closer to Jambo? No matter where you are, you have to walk out the front door of Kidani to the front door of Jambo?
