Does DL Give Free Ice Water Like WDW?

As the title says, does Disneyland give free cups of ice water like WDW? I know in WDW they do so, in part because of state law. Didn't know about DL?

We've never had difficulty getting a free cup of ice water at any counter service or snack location that has soda dispensers.

Clarabelle's in DCA has an ice water dispenser and cups sitting on the counter where you pick up your cones (or last Oct they did anyway).

I've almost always had to wait in line and have it dispensed. On really busy days they might have a few waiting off to the side for a CM to hand you. Rancho del Zocalo has a tap and small plastic cups instead of giving you a cup for ice water. Troubadour Tavern also gives you a cup for the drinking fountain instead of dispensing. I've never had a problem anywhere else I've asked. Tomorrowland Terrace and Mint Julep Bar also have small taps where you can refill your own bottle. The only one I can think of in DCA is near the bathrooms at Pacific Wharf.

They definitely don't mind giving away a small water at any soda fountain but honestly the dland water is not very tasty at all. The first day we made it through.. the rest of the week we brought in bottles to get away from the weird water after taste.

Yeah, Anaheim water is gross. I bought a water bottle with a built-in filter and it completely got rid of the bad taste.

I don't taste it when it's ice cold. But I don't like to refill a bottle for that reason.

I don't think anything is worse than WDW water. Not even DLR water.

Yes! Ask for a large water so you don't get little cups!

Yes, my son has gotten free water everywhere at DLR.
Not good water but free water.

Yes, we never had any issue getting free water. It was a little weird tasting though. It was okay when it was really cold but as it melted you could taste it more.

I asked for just ice a few times and just ate the ice to stay hydrated.

Yes! Ask for a large water so you don't get little cups!

You can ask, but they will still often give you a small cup. I always requested a large cup of ice water, but more than half of the time they still put it in the kids-sized cup! It might depend on the location and/or the CM.
