Does DL do promotional item with purchase?

In WDW there is always some promotional item or two that you can purchase for "x" amount with a $50 or so store purchase. We have gotten several of these items over the years. Last Thanksgiving we got a nice WDW fleece blanket. I am wondering if Disneyland does anything similar? If so can anyone tell me what the current items are? We will be there for New Years ans would love it if they had a disneyland blanket. Thanks!

Yes! It's often been either a blanket or a tote bag, but it does vary during the year. I know I saw the signs for the items, but I honestly don't remember what the items looked like last weekend. Also, not every store has promotional items; it's often limited to the bigger stores in each park and DTD.

Yes, right now it it a reversible tote (one size is red, the other white) with Mickey Mouse, and the other item is a very cool Disneyland themed blanket.

Both were $19.95, but I am not sure of the minimums right now, I know the minimum for the buying the blanket was more.

Oh! I would love the blanket. Do you happen to have a pic? Or maybe a brief description? Also can you remember which store the blanket was in? I would love to have a Disneyland blanket to go with our WDW one. Thanks so much!

I never saw the blanket completely unrolled, but it's one of those super soft blankets. It was mostly light blue, and I remember seeing the Fun Wheel on it and a large Mickey, most likely other Park Icons too.

Oh and I saw it most of the larger gift stores, for sure World of Disney in Downtown, the large shop in Frontierland and the Emporium on Main St.

We got the tote and blanket when we were there in October. $50 minimum spend. There were a number of ships with both. We got the rite at the World of Disney store and I think the blanket at a gift shop in Frontierland...but we saw the offer in multiple places. .
