Does Disneyland Hotel charge to store bags on last day if not using disney express?

Question in the title, have just booked but am going to do the eurostar myself. The travel agent has told me that they charge to store bags if not using disney express?

your travel agent is misinformed - you can store your bags on your check-out day at any of the onsite hotels you are staying at for free until 10pm (as thats when the luggage stores in each hotel usually close for the evening).

You are just FAB, I knew you would know better. Glad I stuck to my guns. I have used the agent so I could pay with no fee on my debit card. Exact same price as direct. Just need to sort eurostar now. Will have to keep an eye as I get a different story every time I ring!!

Can you store them at the DLH on your last day, even if your staying elsewhere ?

No, only if you stay there. If you don't want to use the facility at your own hotel you can always use guest storage at the park or hire a locker at the station.
