Someone just told me because the numbers of visitors at Disney are down, Disney is taking Canadian money at face value. Does anyone know if this is true?

I don't know for sure. But, if that were the case, there would be a lot of people from the states exchanging their US money for Canadian.

Not to confirm or deny anything, when we were there in November, in one of the stores somebody had Canadian money and the store wouldn't accept it.

Wow what a deal. I thought I needed to move to Florida to get deals, but maybe a move north :)

I definitely need AP rates to come out for May.

Hi,

Dopn't know how the situation is now, but while I was at Disneyworld last year it was possible to exchange EURO's for American Dollars at guest relations. If they can exchange EURO's In think they sure can exchange Canadian money.
If you don't want to count on that, just go to your local bank and get your US Dollars there and or take your credit card and or bank card and get money from the ATMs.
Remember its allways cheaper to get your money out of the ATMs or use your credit card for purchases. If you do so you only pay the actual exchange rate and you don't need to pay commission to your local bank or Disney. Think that Disney as a big tourist company will not be the cheapest with their commission if you exchange foreign money.

Marcel.
