Does Disney still send out discount codes?

When I went on our 2006 Disney trip it was the luck of the draw if you would get emailed a code- or you could call Disney & ask if there was a code connected with your name. Is this still something that happens??

Yes. They are no longer called PIN codes. They are now called Unique Offer Codes.
