Does Disney Shopping price adjust?

I'm not sure that is what you call it, but I just saw a sale item on D.S. that I bought for 19.99 earlier last week on sale now for 12.99. If I call will they credit me the 7.00?

They did it for me last month with no problems. The CS rep was great! They simply credited my Disney Visa.

I wish I had the CM that you talked to. I had the same probablem last year with luggage that I bought from Disney Shopping. Less then a week after I bought it went on sale so I called and was pretty much told that I was out of luck because they do not adjust prices. I wonder if the size of the price difference orthe CM that I got had anything to do with it.

Not sure exactly when it was (I think it was last year, though), Disney Shopping stopped allowing price adj. Their sales were crazy. One day something would be $20, the next day 12, and the next 40. I guess they got enough complaints, as they starting allowing price adj again. Just be careful. The adj is for the price less discounts. So, if you paid 19.99, but got a % off your order, the current price must be less than the 19.99-% for you to get a credit.

I got a price adjustment in July. I purchased backpack/lunchbox sets for back to school and the price dropped so I called in and they credited me the difference.

The CSR said they would adjust prices within 14 days of your shipped date.
