Does Disney send emails to others in your party?

I’m surprising my boyfriend next week with a trip to WL and it just occurred to me that he might’ve received an email as he’s listed in my party on the hotel & park reservations. He doesn’t log onto MDE and doesn’t even have the app for that matter. Is there a chance he could’ve been emailed the itinerary? I would hate to subtly ask him and ruin the surprise.

No I think you are good, I always book our trips and I’m the only one who gets the emails. What a nice surprise!

I plan our trips and I believe I’m the only one who receives the emails, since plans are being made through my MDE account. The only email someone will receive is if I log into their Disney account or promotional emails from Disney, like the Christmas Party, but no specifics about the trip.

It would be very unusual for him to have received anything. I wouldn't worry about it and definitely don't ask about it. What an excellent surprise!
If it makes you feel better, the other members of my party who do login to MDE, have the app, and live in my house - do not receive emails when I make plans/reservations/etc.

Thank you all, what a relief! I love surprises and would’ve hated a little oversight like that to be what ruins it.
