Does Disney run its own EAP?

My family and I are considering making a move to Florida in a few years. I'm a mental health therapist, and someone suggested to me the possibility of working for Disney's EAP. I had never considered that as an option, but of course now my interest is piqued. I'm sure I'm not the only person who is considering making the move and is looking to work in an off-stage role that one wouldn't typically be associated with the parks. In doing some online searching, I can see that Disney has an EAP, but I'm not finding out whether or not Disney operates it or outsources it from somewhere else. This means either a) they don't operate it or b) they do, but it's just an obscure enough role that it's not clear how one would go about working for the Mouse in that capacity.

Does anyone here know anything about Disney's EAP?

I'm 99% sure Disney doesn't operate its EAP, it's run by CIGNA.
