Does Disney know how many times you've called?

I have read that some CM's are better than others and just wondered if you don't get the answer you are looking for and call back again, does the CM know you have already called with the same question before?

Last year when I was trying to get a dining reservation I would call a couple of times a day (at least). When I had a real friendly CM on the phone I was talking about calling several times a day and asked her if she could see how often I called and she said no. Thank goodness. I would imagine that reservations might be the same.

Yes they do!
This spring I made our reservations, we leave Sunday I originally used the 4/3 deal and booked at Poly. Two weeks later I called up and changed it to 10 days, both club level. Then, things started breaking around my house: car, washer, dryer and dishwasher, all within a week. So I called back asking if there was a better offer out there and that I really needed to save some money. They politely said no, so I kept things the way they were. No hard feelings. A week later I decided that since we are staying for 10 days, that it would be neat to do a split stay - staying half the time at the Wilderness Lodge. I called up and the CM said, " It looks like you called before trying to save some money." How would they know that if they don't keep track of calls?

I actually had hoped they did not know, but I bet they notate to reservation somehow each time you inquire about something.
