Does Disney Have Plans to Widen Sites?

We bought a 45' Millennium custom Coach with 3 slides. We have found that it is hard to get In & out of the sites and when the slides or out the site get really small. We like going to FW because it is close to your house. But if we start to damage are new rig we will have to find a new campground. Anyone with Info will help. Thank You

We just got back a couple of weeks ago from FW and I noticed since our last trip there a couple of years ago that some sites have been enlarged, probably due to the amount of trees that came down during last years hurricane season. Work is being done ALL over and while our stay in the 300 loop they were doing a lot of surveying.
DH and I did notice that there were a few pull through sites but I cannot remember what loop that they were in.

Disney is always tight lipped about plans for changes. I'm sure they are aware of the need for wider/longer sites tey probably won't announce anything until work starts.

As an example they never announced that they were going to create pull through sites, but as of today they have two fo them.

Many sites seem wider because lots of trees were lost during last years storms. In addition to that they have been upgradding electric in many of the loops and as they do that they have to cut back a lot of the underbrush to run new power cables.

There are 2 pull-thru sites in the 1200 loop. Many trees did come down due to the huricanes, however, there have been many trees that have been marked for cutting to enlarge sites for slide outs.

We just returned from a quick stay at FW and there were many 40' to 45' MHs as usual throughout the campground. Most were either 3 or 4 slides. When making resies just give info regarding your MH's size and slides and within 5 days of check-in give another call to FW at 1-407-824-2727 to confirm your requests.
