Does Disney have books to look through when we do our site visit?

Me and the fiance don't really know what we want for our wedding. When we go down in May to talk with someone, do they have books or something to look through? My fiance keeps telling me that we need to know what we want and we tell Disney and they just make it happen. Can someone give me a little more info on what to expect when we sit down for the first time in May with a planner?

They do have books of pictures from previous weddings, but it really helps if you can bring (or send ahead of time) some images/ideas that you like. It makes it much less painful when the planner knows ahead of time what things you might like (or dislike!). For example, I said Art Deco with lots of silver: they brought in pictures of previous cakes like that, table top decor that fit, and other fun "inspirations". So any direction helps, but you don't need to know exactly what you want!

Yes, as previous posted said, they have loads of books and items to look through. But when we went down we went armed with exactially what we wanted (pretty much). I found EVERYTHING on the Disboards, printed out what I wanted, faxed it to them prior to our meeting and then met with them while down there for our planning session.

It really made everything go so smoothly. If you and your DF are not sure, just make sure to bring down lots of photos and info of things you like.
