My kids will be 4yrs and 14mo when we travel to Disney in Oct. At current time, DD only has 4 teeth and is not that into completely solid table food yet. DS likes to "graze" all day and rarely finishes a whole meal. Just wondering what WDW thinks of us ordering 1 kids meal and splitting it between our kids. We're not trying to cheat them out of $$$ - just don't want to throw perfectly good food away...

:thanks:

My kids are 9 and 11 and even at that age they still share meals sometimes at WDW and many other restaurants! Only at buffets/fixed price meals can they not do this. However, your daughter is under three so she is technically "free" and can share off anyone's plate. For our next trip, my daughter will be 10 and a paying adult in WDW's eyes and we are doing the DDP. I can only imagine how much food we will waste or not order for a 10 year old, so for a four year old and infant, you should definitely share while you can. They are used to it and will frequently plate it separately for you.

Ohhhh...I hate to throw away food too. You can easily let them share a counter service meal. Not at a buffet...but your baby doesnt pay anyway so let her share. I guess they freak out when the kids are older and its a table service meal. My goodness we eat GOOD on the dining plan! We never order appetizers or have room for dessert in the real world! Good thing we walk a 100 miles a day (it seems!). Have fun!
