Does Disney email you faster when you close on a 2nd resale?

On my 1st resale DVC, Disney emailed me back 3 weeks later. Does Disney tend to email you faster once you close on a 2nd resale DVC or do you still wait 2-3 weeks or more? TIA

On my ast two resales, I didn’t even receive an email from Disney. One of those resales created a new membership (same UY but different owners) and the other one added to that new membership. New membership just showed up on my account one day and had to email to get points loaded 2-3 weeks later when I got tired of waiting.

I never got an email either in the last few contracts I added on this year. Contracts just showed up in the accounts and the points were added a few days later.

Do you remember how long after you closed that the second contract showed up on the account?

The latest ones took about 3 weeks to load but points didn’t load a week later so I called MS and they loaded them on their end once I explained I had points that were expiring that I needed to use by January (Feb UY)

Earlier this year they would take about 4 weeks to load and the points would show up about 48hrs later. They changed the process a bit after MS shut down this summer and they give the estoppel when you pass ROFR which has sped up closing. I think they are not rushing loading points because they have cut two weeks off the closing process, they don’t want to make resale purchases too easy.

No. It is taking longer now than it did at the end of 2019. It took me 60 days offer to points in my account. This year sitting at 75 days from when offer was accepted and still dont even have the contract loaded into my DVC account.
