Does DCL charge for babies for port transporation?

My sister wants to bring her 9 month old baby on our cruise. We're planning on using DCL tranfers to get to/from Port Canaveral. Will DCL charge for port transportation for her baby?

Nope. Under 3 is no charge. We just rode the bus last week with our two year old and he was free.
