Does Costco Sell Annual Passes for DL?

I read on a post that costco sells annual passes for Disneyland. Is that true? If it is does anyone know if the price and blackout dates are the same or better that the ones that you get from the park?

Yes, the price is the same and so is the black-out dates. However, you get a $50 Disneyland gift card. It's being discussed on this thread:
