I just saw her on the cover of a magazine with her 2 kids and she looks incredible!!! Cover Girl just signed with her again too! That woman does not age!

I agree, she is a beautiful woman. Do you think she has had any work done? She has to be in her 50's ?

I was wondering the same - but I seem to recall hearing her say that she hasn't and never would get work done.

She is incredibly beautiful. I really don't think she has had anything done. She looks exactly the same as she always has. Most of the work that is done on celebrities ends up changing their looks. Get a copy of the National Enquirer when they do before/after shots....it's amazing.

I'd just like to have some of Christie's preservatives! :goodvibes

I read an interview with her the other day -- she says the only thing she does is gets chemical peels.

I've always heard she eats organic foods, doesn't drink or smoke, takes excellent care of herself and probably has been using 40 spf sunscreen since her teens....

some people just are youthful naturally - not many, but she looks great.

Actually she was an avid surfer and sunbather well into her late 20's....I think like most women who are still beautiful into their 50's and 60's, genetics and luck of the draw plays a key role.

I also think Christie looks beautiful, but you have to remember that they airbrush the HECK out of those people for both print and television ads. It's not "real life". Just good genes fudged a bit for promotional purposes.

It would be worth it, though, to look REMOTELY like her, airbrushed or not! Just for a day. :)

Airbrushed or not, she looks amazing!

She just has a very youthful wholesome look about her - even in her 50's.

I agree that some people just look great naturally as they age. It does help to have money though. Even if you have no major work done. Things like never having a grey hair show, chemical peels, hair and make-up aritists, personal dieticians and trainers etc. sure help the process. ;)

She is a Monet...beautiful from afar (or in an airbrushed photo) but not so great up close. I have actually met her, spoken to her and interviewed her in my days working for a NY News station. She most certainly DOES look her age in person, though she is still in good shape, she doesn't look any more well preserved than most 50 year olds I know.

I figured that the airbrushing is doing wonders. If you really look at her closely, in her pictures, you can see the telltale signs of aging. Having said that, she looks fabulous. I also read that she gets regular chemical peels because she spent so much time on the beach well into her 20s. She said she has sun damage.

Susan Sarandon is another one. If you see her on a cover of a magazine, she looks fabulous. In a movie or on TV, she looks her age. But great. I am always so happy when I see the older actresses and models who don't have any work done. They really look so much better, without that plastic look.

I know this has been discussed months ago, but I caught an Oprah rerun the other day with Priscilla Presley. My God, that woman is scary looking.

I wish somebody would airbrush ME so I could look good too. ;)

But really, Christie Brinkley is gorgeous. Even on her worst day, she probably still looks younger than me, and she's at least 10 years older! :)

I hear ya...they would have to use a PAINT ROLLER, not an airbrush, to make me look that good!

Not to mention she doesn't have to go to a 9-5 job everyday and deal with the stress of everyday normal life like most of us do. But I do agree she is beautiful!

I remember reading an article years ago (she was still with Billy, to give you an idea) and they had her family photo album. In it, she was making Thanksgiving dinner and joking that she makes a good turkey, but doesn't eat meat.

Her mom and sisters were in pictures with her-her mom at the time had to be at least 60, but didn't look anywhere near it. Good genetics trump all else.

I heard she made a deal with the devil as I feel so many Hollywood people seem to do. LOL

My SIL is a pediatrician in NY - and she used to be Christy's pediatrician when her kids were smaller. She used to tell me how down to earth and realistic Christy was. She wasn't like the typical celebrity dragging nannies along with her everywhere she went. :)
