Does Captain Cooks have grab and go section?

There ar definitley some things already made up that you can grab and go. I think burgers and such are made to order though.

I know there are definitely muffins, donuts, and the like in the cases that you can just grab and go. I want to say I remember seeing salads and sandwiches in the refrigerator cases, but Im not 100% sure about that. They also have fruit, and packaged food like chips and pop tarts.

Yes, there are salads and wraps. I can't remember, but I assume there are regular sandwiches on bread too. Also things like yogurt and pudding.
