we stay at the BWVs a few times a year (bw view) and like a few others, find it very relaxing. the hallways are quiet (totally differemt from ou our stays at BCV where the screaming, crying, yelling wemt on until early AM ....then would start up again around 6am.). lobby is very quiet at the BW (except is there is a weddimg but the noise is still not loud and intrusive). i enjoy reading in the lobby, balcony off lobby, sitting areas under that balcony as well as those in the villa hallways. luna park gets noisy during the day, but we've
found that for most main pools are loud (BC pool SAB has the most noise and chaos of any WDW resort pool imho).
we like that the BW action as well as 2 parks are nearby but the resort itself remains quiet and elegant. even walking to the parks is relaxing... and much moreso than any bus.
btw we often encounter rabbits and such scamper across the path to DHS, playing in the shrubs and areas around the villas. we look fowatd to seeing the newborn birds in the nests by the stairs exits every spring.....
ppl always comment on how relaxed we are after our WDW\BWV visits
