Does Boardwalk Villas have the highest occupancy among the DVC Resorts?

During my most recent stay at the Boardwalk Inn during August 2011 and September 2011 one of their Club Level Cast Members was telling me that among the DVC Resorts Boardwalk Villas has the highest occupancy rates each year, because they are always around 98% sold out of guests who check-in everyday. So I was wondering is that Cast Member correct with that information or not?

I don't believe there are public statistics that provides the information regarding occupancy rates for DVC resorts. But the whole idea behind a DVC resort is to have up to 98% occupancy rates 51 weeks a year.

bwv just has too many rooms to have 98% occupancy most of the time.

next would put BLT - then BWV

I believe it. Even as an owner it is difficult to get what you want unless you book 11 months out.

I would have to agree, percentage wise I would say even VWL is over BWV.
