Does Biergarten Offer Wine Flights?

Not pairings (hard to pair with a buffet) but I have had a wine flight there.

Oops, I don't know why I wrote that. Thanks for pointing it out, so I can fix it. Would you mind sharing what was in the flight, the price, or any other pertinent info you may remember?

All I remember is it was a German white wine flight of 3 wines. I have ordered beer there most of the time.

I also had the wine flight at Biergarten and unfortunately don't remember much about it! It was a white wine flight of 3 tastings, all of which were very yummy. I believe it was in the $13 range, but I am not 100% positive. I do remember commenting to hubby that it was well worth the price. :thumbsup2

I usually prefer wine over beer, in fact the Wineceller in Germany pavillion next to the Beirgarten is the best on property. They change the wines periodically and they are always fresh. It is a must do.

But in the Beirgarten itself I prefer the beer flight. It is different, very good and fits the atmosphere of a "Beer Garden" much better.

Thanks again for the info.

Sounds perfect! Looks like I'll be partaking of that next weekend. ;)

If my DH wasn't driving, he'd probably try the beer. I'm not much of a beer drinker. I do love German wines.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the wine flight. They change periodically so it will be hard to get exact information unless someone has gone recently.

I think it's 3 different rieslings- a kabinett (sp?), spatlese, & Qualitatswein. We usually get beer, but the beer REALLY fills you up. Thus, next time DH & I swear we're only doing wine. We really love this restaurant! Enjoy!
