Does bell services still keep your groceries if room isn't ready? Including cold items?

Hi, I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before, but with so many changes happening at Disney and Universal just wanted to check-, will Universal and Disney hold onto your groceries still if you're room isn't ready, and what about cold items-milk etc? We use to bring a collapsible cooler in our luggage, but if we can avoid bringing it, I will, thank you!!

Bring your cooler with ice inside. They won't refrigerate stuff for you but WILL hold bags.

thanks everyone! I think just to be safe, we'll bring the cooler over to Disney as well. Things are changing so rapidly, it's getting hard to keep up, lol!
