Does being an Emerald card holder make a difference when p/u at the CCC??

We have the National Emerald card and the ressie indicates that. Will it make any difference when picking up a car at the Car Care Center? Is it still counter service? Am I expedited through that place?? Just wondering what difference it made when renting at CCC?

When we rented in Jan., it made absolutely no difference. We had to wait in a very long line. I guess maybe the process at the counter was quicker since our info. was in the system, but not by much. Made me seriously miss the airport.

On the National Website, there's a list of places/airports that have the Emerald Aisle and the Emerald Club counter and the CCC is not one of those places so it makes no difference.
