does beachclub have studio epcot views?

They do have EPCOT views at the BCV but you can't request it anymore. They reason given by DVC is because the new "Soarin" building was built and it blocks the view. The reason many believe is that that is the view that was most requested and many people were disappointed when they didn't get it.

The idea of the "Soarin" building blocking the Epcot view doesn't make sense to me because I was in an Epcot view studio while the building was being built (2004) and although I saw the building, I also saw beautiful views of Spaceship Earth and Illuminations at night. Maybe later in the building process the building was more in the way. Anyone else with experiences in Epcot view studios while the "Soarin" building was going up? And although many say the Epcot viewis most popular, the one time I got it, they were using "room ready" and that was the only type of view available when I checked it (and there were several available studios-but all the Epcot view). Maybe some would consider me fortunate (although not me-I'd requested the Courtyard view!)

Our room was not listed at Epcot view. But we had a great view (over the Soarin' building) of the fireworks and the ball...We overlooked the road in our studio. You can't see the lower fireworks but with all the trees I am not sure how much more one would see.

If it's a fireworks view you are looking for try room numbers 322, 325, 327,331,422,425,427,431,525,527,531 they're all studios and should have pretty good views of the fireworks (but only the high ones that go above the trees) It might now be referred to as woods view. If you get lucky you can also get some spectacular sunrises if your an early riser. pictures are from room 422. Sorry they're small

We stayed at BCV in Oct and had an EPCOT view and saw the fireworks. It actually was a great view of the EPCOT Ball and you could hear and see the fireworks. I can't remember the room number, but I think it was one of the ones mentioned above. Our room could also see the Pleasure Island fireworks in the distance.

Just posted this in another thread.

We stayed in 425, a studio, over Mother's Day weekend and had a great view of the fireworks over the Soaring building. You could see all the higher fireworks, and only missed the low ones. I could see how it would be impossible to see from the lower floors.
