does BC have a public hallway where one can see Illuminations?

like the WL has a hallway where we can see Wishes?

HMM well there is an outside bridge between the BC and boardwalk that you can see most of illuminations. But really to get the full effect you have to be inside the park to see the different countries light up as well as the ball. I don't think there is any inside place with the exception of a few choice rooms (very few) where you could see the fireworks portion of the show.
