Does Asia open later than the rest of AK?

I had read somewhere that Asia opens an hour than the rest of AK. If that's the case, on an EE day, if EE was at 8, would Asia open at 9 (one hour at EE opening) or at 10 (one hour after official opening)? Thanks for all help!

I was there last week and Asia opened at the same time as the rest of the park. Kali was later starting up that day, but I don't know if that happens normally or not.
