Does anywhere on site sell Activia?

odd question I know but dh started eating an Activia a day and it's really helping him. I know we could rent a fridge but if possible I'd like to avoid that. So does anywhere - in a park, a resort or even one of the Hess stations sell single servings of Activia?

Thanks!

I have not seen it. I have only seen yoplait on disney property.

Gardengrocer.com has it though.
they are a grocery delivery service and will bring it to the resort.

$2.99 for a 4 pack plus there is a minimum $40 purchase and a delivery fee (i think 12 bucks and a gas surcharge..i think that's 1.99). But you could add on a few bottled drinks to the order or breakfast bars or something. They have a ton of stuff.

And if it's helping him, the extra $50 bucks for the course of a trip is well worth it.

btw, it will be delivered to the resort and the resort will keep it refrigerated until you pick up the order.

Thanks for the reply - we'll have our car so I can get it from Wal-Mart but I was hoping to dodge the fridge rental fee by buying one per day for him.

I don't remember seeing it on site but then again I wasn't ever looking before.

Thanks!

We always stop at Super Target and buy a styrofoam cooler. Just keep refilling it with ice everyday and you should be good. We keep milk, yogurt, and cheese in our cooler just fine.

do value resorts not have refrigerators in the rooms??? You have to pay for one?? I thought all the resorts had them in the rooms.

You could always just pick up some acidophilus tablets for him to take before you go on vacation. They do exactly the same thing as the Activia...but you won't need a fridge.

Thanks, Tinkgirl. One of my friends eats Activia daily, too, and I hadn't even thought about the problem until I saw this thread. (We have no car, and no fridge, lol.) The pearls will be the perfect solution. :)

Thanks for all the replies.

Dh suggested we look into buying a small fridge (I couldn't get into one of the fridge swaps). So we did that and now $75 later we have a little fridge

I'm on the fence about it.

Pros

We can use it for both trips this year (May and Sept) for not only activia but also fruit and sodas.

Then maybe I'll start a fridge swap so others can use it too

Cons

it wasn't cheap and hauling it back/ forth it will take up room in the car but not a tragic amount.

Right now I'm leaning towards keeping it - mainly because of the fruit benefit - fruit is so pricey at Disney (May we're not on the dining plan but Sept we are).

any thoughts?
