Does anyone work in Special Diets besides Rachel?

I've called twice and gotten her twice, and I'm just not impressed. I miss Brenda Bennett!!! Rachel seems to always start off our conversations with a cover-your-you-know-what type attitude, not the "this is Disney and I'd like to make your vacation magical" attitude. Anyone ever get anybody different?? Should I just keep calling until I get a nice one??! --Katie

So far, I've only gotten Rachel. My experience with Special Diets up to now has been mediocre, at best. That said, my conversations with chefs and managers so far has been great! The guy at Tony's Town Square was AWESOME...I was nearly in tears over how easy he wanted to make things for us and how friendly and accommodating he was being.

I miss Brenda too! She was so amazing. I haven't actually called Special Diets in a long time, email with them has been sporadic at best. I find that if I can get in contact with a chef, I'm better off that way. They are still amazing and go above and beyond. But I sorely miss those days of Brenda.

I also get emails sometimes from someone named Lee.

I have gotten a variety of names on emails from them, but have only gotten Rachel on the phone as well.

I am actually not even sure exactly what the purpose of the Special Diets department is at this point, other than politely declining to give allergy information, and *sometimes* forwarding your allergy forms?
