I'm not sure how CVS views the complaints made against their employees, but honestly, I wouldn't go back to that one. I presume that you use that one because it's closest to you or most convienet? It's apparent that there is a personality conflict or that this manager just doesn't like you.
I for one, have never had any trouble using my mom's CVS card, we used to live in the same house hold, but no longer do. I still give her number when I go into a CVS so that REALLY shouldn't be an issue. I think she was just trying to find something to argue with. I would have asked her to void the sale and gotten out of there. I'm sorry you had that trouble.

He came thru my line, and tried to give me coupons for stuff he didn't EVEN HAVE!!
I told him, "you are NOT getting me fired for this!" Now, he skips my line.
I go to Walgreens.
