I'm thinking of doing it. I just started induction on Sunday and keep trying to weigh myself every few days...argh! It's distressing b/c I see myself go up and down. A friend suggested once a month to me, since I am a woman and b/c of hormomes and that dreaded BF I can fluctuate so much.
What do you all think? The only thing bad about it is I wouldn't be able to check in each week on my challenges.

) So it doesn't really bother me if I go for a couple of weeks and only lose a pound because I know that the week after I will lose 5/6lbs. Personally I think that you have to do what works for you. If weighing yourself once a month is the best way for, then do that. Just post your weight loss once a month. Good luck
