Does anyone use Sunrocket for VOIP?

I have Vonage and like them but the price is going up each months it seems.

I know this is for taxes and such, but I saw that Sunrocket has a flat $199 per year and was wondering if anyone had any dealings with them.

We had Sunrocket last year & hated it! Service was constantly interrupted (2-3x/month) & they would always blame it on "system updates". Very frustrating. Perhaps they've improved?
