Does anyone use Smashbox or Laura Mercier foundation?

I am trying to find a new foundation. I have tried Mac, Clinque and most recently Bare Minerals. I know I am a rare one that doesn't like the Bare Minerals. Well actually I kind of like it. I like that its easy to use and that my skin looks healthy but, it makes me breakout and I have enlarged pores which it doesn't do much to hide and by miday I am so oily. So I did some research and I was thinking of trying Smashbox or Laura Mercier. Does anyone use either one? Does it last the day, is it good coverage? Anyone have my skin type, enlarged pores, oily skin, tends to still breakout? I was just wondering which one I should try.

i LOVE Laura Mercer foundation. I use Bare Minerals sometimes too but I think it highlights my facial lines....few that they are .

So I switched to Laura Mercer it's really light but it gives me great coverage. I have to use a primer under it because I have a lot of redness.

If you have a Sephora near you I would go in without makeup and have them put it on you, give it a full day test drive first.

I used to have the same problem; I'd break out no matter what I tried. The Bare Minerals didn't make me break out, but I have thicker hair on my face than I probably should (at least it's blonde..), and it just didn't lay right.

I really like Laura Mercier's foundation. I definitely find it to last all day unless I exercise. If I work out and sweat a lot, it definitely goes off with the sweat, but other than that, I really do like it. I actually need to go to the store to get some soon.. I've been wearing the reject bottles that I had stashed up because my skin hasn't had problems with breaking out as much recently, so I've been able to use those.

I do have a Sephora maybe I will go in and have them put some on. I also read about primers which I have never used maybe I will try one of those too.

The Bare Minerals blush seems to stay on which is weird but that is part of the problem. At the end of the day it looks like I have no makeup on except a lot of blush!
