I used a mint type lotion last time we did the parks and felt wonderful. My DH had sore feet but I didn't
I washed them really good before falling into the bed at about 2am, then massaged the lotion into my feet and lower legs. It worked all the soreness out. I did this every night and when I got up each morning, my feet did not feel like they had just done 12+ hours of walking the day before.
