Does anyone use "Olly" brand of sleep gummies?

I had quite a few people suggest using these gummies to help with sleeping at night. So last night was the first time using i them and I was up literally every 2 hours to pee. This is so out of the norm for me and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the gummies. Have any of you experienced the same?

My kids have used them and have never reported this issue; DS(13) continues to use them when having issues falling asleep. DD(17) recently started using The Good Patch - Sleep (from Target) cut into 1/4 and has said they work a lot better for her than any gummies. I myself have seen good results using valerian root capsules as melatonin does nothing for me, but they have a distinct smell that not everyone can deal with (see DD above)

My 16 year old son uses these, he likes them and they work for him.

I personally cannot use melatonin gummies or tablets - I don't sleep after using them, instead I lay in bed in kind of a half awake/half asleep but aware of every noise and everything going on around me state, and it's awful. I have tried different brands and types and it's always the same. Earplugs are what saved my life - I never slept more than three or four hours a night before I started using them, and with earplugs I sleep all night.

This is my experience as well. If you haven't yet, do try the valerian root capsules. I buy mine at a local Fresh Thyme for a reasonable price, but you might be able to find better prices online. Like I said, they stink, but I've never had issues with burping or anything like that after taking them as I have with fish oil in the past.
