Does anyone think that we get up way too early for school?

And I thought I have it bad! Okay, in my opinion, I do have it bad. Anything before nine o'clock is too early to be up and expected to function. Usually I'm up at seven, Mom screaming at me, and have become accustomed to not eating breakfast because I never have time. I like to procrastinate. Yeah, anything before 9 is too early. But people in charge of the times just don't seem to get that... :sad2:

Used to get up at 6:15
but now I don't have a first period class
so i get up at 7:45
and 2nd period starts at 8:18
but 1st is 7:30

ugh...we get up wayyyy to early :scared:

I think I win the title of Teen Disney that gets up the earliest

Yeah, but I would DIE if I had to get up that early. And I might take a few people and alarm clocks with me. I'm not a happy person in the morning.

i normally get up around 6:30 but lately I have been getting up around 6:40-6:45 for the extra 10-15 minutes of glorious sleep

GosH i WISH i WASN'T SO SELF centerd so I could wake up later and not shower, makeup, breakfast, teeth, makeup check ....

I get up about 6:00am because I gotta take a shower do my hair brush my teeth blah blah blah and my bus comes at 7:05 and I think that's toooooooo early to go to school.. Just thinking about it just makes me tried *Yarn*

I get up at 5:45 and my bus usually comes at around 6:50. The sun is barely up yet! Ugg, I think its way to early.

For four longggg agonizing years I got up every morn @5am with DS as he choose to go to a private school an hour from our house. After he was dressed/ate, I had to drive him down town to a bus that picked him up at a local stop @6am to get him to school for 7am. I then went and did my workout BUT yes, that was 4 long agonizing years BUT he is a sophomore in college now so those days are all over....whewww....I think I really aged with that schedule. OH, DH worked those FOUR entire years 3 1/2 hours away in another state and commuted home weekends....ugh...so it was ONLY me to drive him. Older DS choose the local public school so know real early hours, a more sensible one like 7am. BUT TIME FLIES WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FUN!!!! :lmao:

..no, it just takes like a half an hour to get to my school and to pick up all the other bus stops.. >.< I'm the first bus stop! Why?! WHY?!
Anyways.....my school is also a high school so...

It used to be the same way with me when I took the bus. I had to get up at 5:00 to be on the bus at 6:30. First one on in the morning, last one off in the afternoon. An hour bus ride both ways. Now that I drive top school, I don't get up until about 6:15 and I leave my house around 7:00.

i have to get up at 6:00 am and get to skool at 7:45(( i am very s-l-o-w at getting ready))

I get up around 6:30 for school. I'm there learning an hour later.

I can't wait until I start driving next year. I might just tell my friends to go find someone else to give them a ride, because I'm REALLY looking forward to not having to leave for school until about 7:10-7:15 or so. This will also mean I will be able to sleep until like, 6:40. 10 minutes makes A LOT of difference.

Although I am thinking about starting a petition to get school to start an hour later. Oh if I could sleep until 7:30.
