Does anyone stay at the Boardwalk? I never see postings!

Just had to chime in too.... BWI is our new favorite. I always thought that each time we'd go to WDW we'd stay at a different deluxe...but when we were at BWI we just felt like we'd found our place. Not even the lure of SAB can convince my kids to give up the BWI. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly but not in your face. The eating choices are abundant. The evening entertainment and atmosphere is great. The ability to bop in and out of WS is a great assest and you should take advantage of that. We had stayed at the Poly before and had a wonderful time there but something about the BWI really appeals to us!

We were in a standard view room, no lake in sight, but I believe the way the Boardwalk Inn side curves in, I don't think you can have both an Epcot view and a lake view, although I could be wrong. We were in 5306, top (5th floor) and I have many pics posted at www.community.webshots.com/user/ghp918 there are pics of our room and view in most of the albums under 'Amanda and Gail in WDW April25-30 2002' on page two and three. We had a great room and you could see EPcot, Eiffel Tower, The Land Pavillion, Fireworks from Illuminations and you could even hear the music from Tapestry of Dreams if you listened out on the balcony. Mousekeeping was great! Kept doing fun stuff with a bear we had with us. Elevators were quick and the staff was great! Hope this helps!

I stayed on the Inn side a few years back and I absolutely adore this place! I am going back in a month to the Villas side and cannot wait. I wish I owned my DVC there. The resort is beautiful and the Atlantic City Boardwalk theming is out of this world.

I think that a lot of the folks who LOVE the boardwalk hang out on the DVC board. I stayed there n January, split our trip between the ASSP for 2 nights and 3 nights at the BWI. Absolutley loved it! So much so that I bought into the DVC at BCV. Decided not to do a resale for Boardwalk. But absolutley love the area. Would stay there again in a heartbeaT!
