Does anyone remember...

a Holiday Inn in Kissimee that used to have the Holiday Hound Club for kids? This was in the late 80s. I remember having breakfast there every morning of our Disney trips when I was little, while my parents dined in the "grown-up" dining room. lol. They also had evening activities for kids, and I remember getting a stuffed Holiday Hound plushie with a red t-shirt. Does anyone else remember this? Which Holiday Inn was it, what is it called now, is it still in business? I'm guessing Holiday Hound is a thing of the past, but I'm curious as to what this hotel was and where it was in relation to the parks. I was only six at the time...I'm surprised I remember as much as I do!

I think it was called Holiday Inn Nikki Bird resort - maingate - before then (holiday inn west)

it was very close to Disney about a mile away.

now I think it is a home suite (not certain) will look on my next visit

the one on 7300 W Irolo Bronson (US 192)

of course it could also be the Nick Hotel - but it is alot newer - it has only been around since the 90's. It is over near the Marriott World Center - if you were near this monster believe me you would remember it.

It was Holiday Inn Maingate East. I used to like that hotel. We stayed there twice years ago. It was next to Old Town. It is something else now, no longer a Holiday Inn.

I think I stayed there as well....before it was a holiday inn maingate east now I believe it is Serralago Hotel.
